Les défis qui vous attendent:

Sous la supervision du Coordonnateur du Centre de service (CS), tu seras le spécialiste principal en architecture.

Ton rôle : concevoir, planifier et superviser l’ensemble des projets architecturaux pour garantir leur qualité, leur faisabilité et leur conformité, tout en collaborant avec une équipe multidisciplinaire.

Ton quotidien ressemblera à :

  • Concevoir et produire des plans et devis d’architecture précis et fonctionnels.
  • Effectuer des relevés architecturaux des bâtiments.
  • Fournir des avis techniques spécialisés à l’équipe.
  • Vérifier et approuver les plans et devis produits par les technologues en architecture.
  • Élaborer, planifier et réaliser les projets de la conception à la livraison.
  • Mettre en place et effectuer les mesures de contrôle nécessaires sur les projets confiés au CS.
  • Effectuer des visites de chantier pour assurer la qualité et le respect des plans et devis.
  • Préparer les appels d’offres et analyser la conformité des soumissions reçues.
  • Formuler des recommandations au Conseil d’Administration (CA) concernant l’attribution des contrats.
  • Collaborer à l’estimation des coûts et proposer des solutions alternatives.
  • Participer activement aux rencontres de gestion de projets.

Le profil que nous recherchons:

  • Maîtrise en architecture requise.
  • Trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d’expérience pertinente (toute combinaison formation/expérience jugée pertinente sera considérée).
  • Membre de l’Ordre des Architectes du Québec (OAQ).
  • Maîtrise des logiciels AutoCAD, SketchUp et/ou Revit (atout).
  • Sens aigu de l’organisation et de la planification.
  • Connaissances en gestion de projets et intérêt pour les projets écoénergétiques et durables.
  • Permis de conduire valide et carte ASP.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et priorités, tout en travaillant en équipe multidisciplinaire.
  • Curiosité, rigueur et sens de l’organisation.
