The posting

  • Responsável por apoiar a execução dos processos de Recursos Humanos, garantindo a correta aplicação das políticas e rotinas da área. Atua de forma operacional no controle de documentos, registros e benefícios, além de dar suporte aos gestores, colaboradores e às demandas administrativas do setor. Auxiliar na recepção, durante intervalos da recepcionista e também em férias ou afastamentos prolongados, garantindo o atendimento adequado de visitantes, clientes e colaboradores.
  • Apoiar a execução de processos de Recrutamento e Seleção, auxiliando na triagem de currículos, agendamento de entrevistas e contato com candidatos;
  • Conduzir o processo de Integração de novos colaboradores, organizando documentação, cadastros e materiais de boas-vindas;
  • Apoiar a organização e logística de Treinamentos, cuidando de inscrições, registros de presença e controles administrativos;
  • Auxiliar na aplicação e acompanhamento de Pesquisas de Clima Organizacional e de Avaliações de Desempenho, consolidando dados e relatórios;
  • Apoiar a atualização e controles relacionados à movimentação de pessoal;
  • Acompanhar e registrar os indicadores de RH, como turnover, treinamentos realizados, absenteísmo e horas extras;
  • Auxiliar no fechamento de ponto dos colaboradores, conferindo registros e reportando inconsistências aos gestores;
  • Administrar rotinas de benefícios (vale alimentação, vale transporte, plano odontológico, plano de saúde), garantindo lançamentos e atualizações corretas;
  • Apoiar o controle de férias, afastamentos e atestados médicos, mantendo registros atualizados e corretos para a folha de pagamento e plataforma de saúde e medicina no trabalho;
  • Dar suporte em demandas trabalhistas e sindicais, organizando documentos e mantendo a conformidade legal sob orientação da gestão de RH;
  • Colaborar na implantação de ações de engajamento e motivação, apoiando eventos internos e comunicados corporativos;
  • Substituir a recepcionista durante intervalos, férias ou afastamentos prolongados, garantindo o atendimento adequado de visitantes, clientes e colaboradores.
