Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Recursos Humanos para atuar apoiando os subsistemas de RH, com foco em Administração de Pessoal, Recrutamento e Seleção, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Comunicação Interna e Responsabilidade Social. Procuramos um profissional organizado, proativo e com vontade de aprender, contribuindo para a excelência dos processos e para uma experiência positiva dos colaboradores.Principais responsabilidadesAdministração de PessoalConferir e organizar documentos admissionais, realizando cadastros em sistema e no eSocial.Apoiar os processos de fechamento de ponto, lançamento de atestados e tratamento de divergências.Solicitar e controlar benefícios, crachás e cartões dos colaboradores.Organizar e manter atualizados os arquivos físicos e digitais de colaboradores.Emitir requisições de compras e realizar o encaminhamento de notas fiscais.Prestar suporte às rotinas gerais de Administração de Pessoal.Talent AcquisitionApoiar na divulgação de vagas e triagem de currículos.Agendar entrevistas e apoiar a organização dos processos seletivos.Controlar informações de candidatos e documentação de admissões.Treinamento e DesenvolvimentoApoiar a organização de treinamentos, integrações e ações de desenvolvimento.Controlar listas de presença e registros de capacitação.Atualizar planilhas e controles da área.Responsabilidade Social, Comunicação e CulturaApoiar programas e ações de responsabilidade social.Auxiliar em iniciativas de cultura organizacional, engajamento e comunicação interna.Atender e orientar colaboradores sempre que necessário.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos ObrigatóriosEnsino Superior cursando em Psicologia, Administração, Tecnologia em Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas.Conhecimento básico em rotinas de Recursos Humanos e Administração de Pessoal.Conhecimento do Pacote Office.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.Organização e atenção aos detalhes.DiferenciaisExperiência anterior em Recursos Humanos.Vivência em processos de Administração de Pessoal, Recrutamento e Seleção ou Treinamento.Experiência em ambiente industrial.Conhecimento de eSocial, ponto eletrônico ou sistemas de RH.
