The posting

En tant que développeur·euse IA appliquée, vous concevez et intégrez les composantes d'intelligence artificielle au cœur des produits du Hub IA. Votre mission principale est de transformer des cas d'usage créatifs et d'affaires en solutions fiables: choix et adaptation des modèles, pipelines de données, évaluation et mise en production. Vous jouez un rôle clé pour que les prototypes de l'équipe deviennent des outils performants, mesurables et responsables.

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et développer des solutions basées sur les LLM et les modèles génératifs: RAG, agents, interfaces conversationnelles, génération d'images ou de vidéo.
  • Concevoir et raffiner les prompts système, les comportements et les garde-fous des solutions IA.
  • Traduire, avec les équipes créatives, une intention de marque (ton, personnalité, limites) en comportement d'IA précis et testable.
  • Évaluer, sélectionner et intégrer les modèles (commerciaux ou ouverts) selon la qualité, le coût et la confidentialité.
  • Mettre en place des cadres d'évaluation: qualité des réponses, fidélité à la marque, sécurité, tests de régression.
  • En collaboration avec les analystes de données, préparer, structurer et gouverner les données nécessaires aux produits (bases de connaissances, embeddings).
  • Collaborer avec les équipes TI pour déployer, surveiller et faire évoluer les solutions en production.
  • Développer les APIs et services qui exposent les capacités IA aux autres produits et équipes.
  • Documenter les solutions, partager ses connaissances et appliquer les bonnes pratiques d'usage responsable de l'IA.

Profil idéal

  • Possède 3 à 7 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel, dont au moins une solution basée sur les LLM mise en production.
  • Maîtrise Python et les APIs des principaux fournisseurs de LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
  • Expérience concrète en RAG: modèles d'embeddings, bases vectorielles, frameworks d'orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex ou équivalent).
  • Expérience de l'évaluation de sorties de LLM, incluant les tests de sécurité.
  • Expérience avec les APIs et architectures découplées; connaissance de Docker et d'un fournisseur cloud.
  • Une connaissance de l'écosystème ML (PyTorch, Hugging Face) ou du fine-tuning est un atout.
  • Utilise couramment des outils de développement assisté par IA.
  • Rigueur, autonomie et capacité à vulgariser des choix techniques auprès de profils non techniques.
