O Grupo CB é um grupo empresarial moçambicano com presença em retalho alimentar (Hipermercado Casa Bhay), retalho não-alimentar (Kscential — perfumaria), F&B (Casa dos Sabores R/C + 1º andar gourmet em abertura), e-commerce (Krolyc), processamento de carne (Talho Casa Bhay), vendas B2B e concursos públicos. O Departamento de Marketing serve transversalmente todas estas unidades, com a Gestora de Marketing à frente, apoiada pelos Designers Gráficos.

Perfil desejado

Profissional em início de carreira, com paixão por marketing e comunicação, fortemente organizado(a), criativo(a) e com energia para circular entre múltiplas unidades de negócio na mesma semana. Procuramos alguém que toma decisões com clareza dentro do mandato da Gestora de Marketing.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Gerir o calendário editorial das redes sociais de todas as unidades do Grupo CB
  • Publicar conteúdo aprovado nas redes sociais conforme calendário, dentro de janelas horárias definidas
  • Apoiar a Gestora na execução de campanhas — preparar materiais, agendar publicações, distribuir flyers e brindes
  • Apoiar na organização logística de eventos do Grupo (inaugurações, promoções, presença em feiras)
  • Recolher diariamente indicadores das redes sociais (seguidores, alcance, engagement) e consolidar em mapa semanal
  • Acompanhar respostas a comentários e mensagens directas nas redes (escalando assuntos complexos à Gestora)
  • Apoiar a produção do relatório mensal de marketing (consolidação de dados, formatação)

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura em Marketing, Comunicação, Gestão, Publicidade ou áreas afins (concluída ou em fase final)
  • Entre 0 e 2 anos de experiência profissional — incluindo estágios curriculares ou trabalho freelance em marketing/comunicação
  • Não é exigida experiência sénior — o que procuramos é atitude, organização e capacidade rápida de aprendizagem
  • Domínio de redes sociais (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business) — uso profissional
  • Excel intermédio (calendário editorial, mapas de tracking, contas simples)
  • Word — apresentações, propostas, briefings
  • Bom domínio do Português escrito — sem erros ortográficos, capacidade de escrever copy publicitário simples
