O Grupo está em fase de profissionalização da gestão executiva, com a criação das funções de CCO, COO, CFO e consolidação da CHRO. Esta vaga insere-se nesse esforço: profissionalizar a função de Compras, hoje concentrada na Administração e fragmentada pelas unidades. Procuramos um(a) profissional de Procurement que centralize esta função, traga método (homologação, cotações múltiplas, contratos, KPIs de fornecedor) e crie a estrutura para que o Grupo cresça com fornecedores fiáveis, preços competitivos e integridade absoluta.

Perfil desejado

Profissional sénior, com forte capacidade analítica e de negociação, integridade absoluta e maturidade para liderar uma função transversal a 7 unidades de negócio. Procuramos alguém que tome decisões com clareza e que entende que numa função de compras a transparência é o que sustenta a confiança a longo prazo.

Missão da função

Liderar a função de Compras do Grupo CB — selecção e homologação de fornecedores, negociação de preços, prazos e condições, gestão de contratos, e monitorização de desempenho — assegurando que o Grupo compra bem, a tempo, com fornecedores fiáveis e em conformidade absoluta com as regras internas e externas.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Identificar, avaliar e homologar fornecedores conforme critérios definidos (qualidade, preço, prazo, fiabilidade, conformidade fiscal)
  • Manter ficha técnica e dossier de cada fornecedor
  • Garantir Plano B: pelo menos 2 fornecedores alternativos para cada item crítico
  • Negociar preços, prazos de pagamento, condições de entrega e descontos por volume
  • Elaborar e gerir contratos de fornecimento — termos, condições, penalidades, renovações
  • Coordenar diariamente com o Armazém e o Stock Controller os pedidos de compra
  • Receber pedidos de compra das unidades (Hipermercado, Talho, Casa dos Sabores, Krolyc, Kscential, Armazém)
  • Apoiar Vendas B2B (Coordenador) em propostas para concursos públicos com confirmação de capacidade de fornecimento dentro dos prazos legais
  • Acompanhar KPIs: pontualidade do fornecedor 92%; conformidade de qualidade 98%; cobertura de alternativas 100% para itens críticos
  • Resolver não conformidades com fornecedores (devoluções, créditos, substituições)
  • Manter confidencialidade sobre preços, margens e estratégia comercial
  • Encarnar e propagar os valores do Grupo CB: Senso de Dono, Integridade, Autonomia (entendida como parceria), Espírito de Equipa, Foco no Cliente

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura em Gestão, Logística, Engenharia, Administração de Empresas ou áreas afins (obrigatória)
  • Mínimo 3 a 5 anos em compras / procurement, com experiência demonstrada em negociação e gestão de fornecedores
  • Experiência em retalho, distribuição alimentar ou e-commerce é forte vantagem
  • Pós-graduação em Procurement / Supply Chain é diferencial
  • Técnicas de negociação avançadas
  • Análise de cotações e mapas comparativos;
  • Gestão de contratos — termos, penalidades, renovações
  • Excel avançado — tabelas dinâmicas, mapas comparativos; sistemas ERP (Primavera, Wintouch, ou equivalentes)
