Profissional para atuar no planejamento, na programação e no controle das operações de preparo de solo, plantio, tratos culturais e colheita de cana-de-açúcar, integrando análise de dados, inteligência operacional e tecnologias no campo.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atividades

Planejamento Agrícola:

  • Apoiar a elaboração e atualização do planejamento semanal, mensal e anual de todas as operações agrícolas.
  • Elaborar e acompanhar cronogramas de execução, estimativas de produção e colheita.

Acompanhamento das Operações no Campo:

  • Monitorar a execução diária e semanal das operações agrícolas (Realizado vs. Planejado).
  • Acompanhar a logística de colheita, transporte e eficiência operacional dos equipamentos e equipes de campo. Gestão de Informações, Dados e Indicadores:
  • Consolidar, analisar e disponibilizar dados operacionais utilizando Power BI.
  • Elaborar relatórios, dashboards e apresentações gerenciais para reuniões de rotina.
  • Monitorar indicadores de produtividade, custos, eficiência operacional, alocação de recursos e cumprimento de cronogramas.
  • Analisar dados para identificação de tendências, desvios, gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria contínua.

Planejamento de Recursos e Custos:

  • Auxiliar no planejamento e controle de recursos (mão de obra, máquinas, equipamentos e insumos).
  • Acompanhar orçamentos e custos operacionais, identificando variações e oportunidades de otimização financeira.

Sistemas e Tecnologias Agrícolas:

  • Operar diariamente sistemas de gestão agrícola, com foco em GAtec, Simple Farm / SimpleView e Axiagro.
  • Utilizar dados de geoprocessamento, mapas, imagens de satélite e telemetria para fundamentar a tomada de decisões.

Requisitos

  • Experiência: Vivência prática e consolidada em processos agrícolas da cultura da cana-de-açúcar.
  • Sistemas e Ferramentas: Domínio ou experiência prática em GAtec, Simple Farm / SimpleView, Axiagro e Power BI.
  • Competências: Forte capacidade analítica, visão sistêmica, organização e foco em melhoria contínua.
  • Diferencial possuir Engenharia Agronômica.
  • Residir em Luis Antônio e região.
