Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Elaborar e atualizar a programação semanal e diária das atividades de manutenção.
  • Programar ordens de serviço preventivas, corretivas e preditivas, conforme prioridades e disponibilidade dos equipamentos.
  • Garantir o alinhamento da programação com as equipes de manutenção e operação.
  • Verificar a disponibilidade de materiais, peças, ferramentas e recursos necessários para execução dos serviços.
  • Acompanhar o cumprimento da programação, identificando desvios e propondo ações corretivas.
  • Controlar o backlog de manutenção e acompanhar as ordens de serviço pendentes.
  • Realizar o sequenciamento das atividades, considerando criticidade dos equipamentos, prioridades e recursos disponíveis.
  • Apoiar o planejamento de paradas programadas, reformas e atividades de entressafra.
  • Atualizar informações no sistema de gestão da manutenção, garantindo a confiabilidade dos dados.
  • Elaborar relatórios de programação, cumprimento de planos e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Atuar em conjunto com PCM, Engenharia, Suprimentos e equipes de execução para garantir a eficiência das atividades.

Pré Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo, desjável ensino técnio em mecânica, elétrica ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência comprovada em programação ou planejamento de manutenção, preferencialmente na área automotiva/agrícola.
  • Conhecimento em planejamento e controle da manutenção (PCM).
  • Conhecimento em ordens de serviço, planos de manutenção, backlog e programação de atividades.
  • Conhecimento em softwares de gestão de manutenção (preferencialmente SISMA).
  • Domínio do Pacote Office, principalmente Excel.
  • Capacidade de organização, análise e priorização de atividades.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação em Luiz Antônio e região.
