Principais Responsabilidades:

Inspecionar pneus em campo e na oficina, avaliando desgaste, calibragem e adequação à operação. Conferir preventivas de calibragem e o alinhamento das carretas. Segregar pneus para reforma ou sucateamento e conduzir o Comitê de Eliminação de Pneus, com análise das causas de perdas. Propor melhorias para ampliar a vida útil e reduzir o CPK.

Inspeção em Campo e Controle Preventivo

  • Inspecionar pneus em campo e na oficina, medir sulcos e diferenciar desgaste normal, irregular e prematuro.
  • Conferir pressão conforme carga e fabricante, preferencialmente a frio. Auditar registros das preventivas de calibragem.
  • Verificar desenho da banda, medidas e aplicação por eixo, incluindo compatibilidade dos pneus em rodados duplos.
  • Verificar alinhamento dos eixos das carretas e sinais de folgas na suspensão. Solicitar correções e conferir resultados.
  • Identificar cortes, bolhas, avarias e vazamentos em válvulas e rodas. Recomendar retirada de pneus sem condição de uso.

Reforma, Sucata e Comitê de Eliminação

  • Segregar e identificar pneus para reparo, reforma ou sucateamento, conforme a condição da carcaça.
  • Conduzir o Comitê de Eliminação de Pneus, apresentando fotos, histórico e justificativas técnicas.
  • Investigar causas das perdas, distinguir desgaste de avarias e acompanhar as ações do comitê.
  • Registrar decisões e encaminhar baixas e destinação após aprovação conforme o fluxo interno.
  • Apoiar o PCM no envio e retorno das reformas, laudos de recusa e qualidade dos pneus recebidos.

Rastreabilidade, Conservação e Desempenho

  • Manter identificação e histórico de cada pneu: equipamento, posição, movimentações, medições e reformas, conforme lançamento no SISMA.
  • Apoiar o PCM na conferencia do estoque físico e sistema, segregação por condição e armazenamento que preserve os pneus.
  • Apoio no monitoramento custo por km ou hora, vida útil, perdas prematuras e aproveitamento das carcaças.
  • Propor rodízios e melhorias de aplicação, bandas e marcas com base no desempenho e nas condições de uso.
  • Orientar operadores e borracheiros sobre conservação. Conferir manômetros e propor ações sobre sobrecarga e rotas.

Pré Requisitos:

Objetivo do cargo: Acompanhar as condições dos pneus, identificar desgastes e danos, ampliar a vida útil e assegurar rastreabilidade e controle.

Diferenciais: Experiência em gestão de pneus agrícolas, custo por hora, vida útil, causas de sucateamento e rastreabilidade.

Escolaridade

Ensino médio completo

Formação técnica

Desejável capacitação em pneus agrícolas e de veículos pesados

Experiência

Mínimo recomendado de 2 anos em borracharia, manutenção ou gestão de pneus

Conhecimento técnico

Tipos de pneus, calibragem, desgaste, sulcos, avarias, rodízios e condições de utilização

Inspeção

Identificação de desgastes irregulares, danos e condições que reduzam a vida útil

Sistemas

Informática básica, controle de pneus e registros no SISMA

Perfil comportamental

Organização, atenção aos detalhes, disciplina, capacidade de análise e responsabilidade com controles
