Principais Responsabilidades:

Inspecionar veículos e equipamentos na entrada da manutenção interna, antes da abertura da OS, identificando necessidades além do motivo da parada. Na conclusão, conferir a execução e a qualidade de todos os serviços previstos. Autorizar o fechamento da OS somente após aprovação ou devolvê-la à manutenção para correção e nova inspeção.

Inspeção de Entrada e Definição do Escopo

  • Inspecionar veículos e equipamentos antes da abertura da OS na manutenção interna por tipo de ativo.
  • Confirmar o motivo da parada com o operador e consultar histórico de falhas, pendências e intervenções anteriores.
  • Identificar outras oportunidades de manutenção, verificando freios, direção, pneus, vazamentos e itens de segurança (exemplo luzes).
  • Registrar no SISMA avarias e anomalias com fotos, identificação do ativo, horímetro ou quilometragem e diagnóstico inicial.
  • Encaminhar ao PCM e à liderança os serviços adicionais e sua criticidade para compor o escopo da OS.

Inspeção Final e Aprovação da OS

  • Conferir, item a item, se os serviços previstos na OS foram de fato executados e resolveram o defeito.
  • Contribuir com analise das peças aplicadas, ajustes e montagem conforme os padrões técnicos e do fabricante.
  • Realizar ou acompanhar testes funcionais seguros, registrando resultados e evidências de aprovação.
  • Autorizar o fechamento da OS somente após aprovar a execução e a qualidade de todos os itens.
  • Devolver a OS à manutenção se houver falhas ou itens não executados. Reinspecionar após a correção.

Rastreabilidade e Melhoria da Qualidade

  • Registrar parecer de aprovação ou reprovação na OS, com data, responsável e evidências da inspeção.
  • Acompanhar não conformidades e retrabalhos, mantendo o fechamento pendente até sua regularização.
  • Comunicar condições inseguras à liderança e impedir a aprovação técnica enquanto persistir risco crítico.
  • Monitorar aprovação na primeira inspeção, retrabalhos e retornos pelo mesmo defeito para orientar melhorias.
  • Avaliar serviços próprios e terceiros. Revisar checklists com PCM, Engenharia e Inspetor de Preventiva.

Pré Requisitos:

Objetivo do cargo: Assegurar a qualidade dos serviços executados, verificar padrões técnicos e contribuir para a redução de retrabalhos e falhas recorrentes.

Diferenciais: Experiência em liberação técnica, controle de qualidade, análise de falhas, causas de retrabalho e checklists

Escolaridade

Ensino médio completo

Formação técnica

Desejável curso técnico em Mecânica, Eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas

Experiência

Mínimo recomendado de 3 anos em manutenção mecânica de equipamentos agrícolas ou pesados

Conhecimento técnico

Montagem mecânica, sistemas hidráulicos, componentes, procedimentos de reparo e padrões de qualidade

Inspeção

Avaliação técnica dos serviços executados e identificação de não conformidades

Sistemas

Informática básica, registros de inspeção e sistemas de manutenção

Perfil comportamental

Critério técnico, imparcialidade, atenção aos detalhes, firmeza e comunicação
