Principais Responsabilidades:

Verificar as necessidades de manutenção preventiva dos equipamentos, analisar pendências e avaliar a entrega dos serviços preventivos executados. Atuar com o PCM, líderes de manutenção, operação e liderança agrícola e Inspetor de Qualidade para antecipar falhas, tratar desvios e assegurar o cumprimento dos planos, contribuindo para a segurança e a disponibilidade da frota.

Necessidades e Preparação das Preventiva

  • Receber as demandas de preventivas por horímetro, quilometragem ou prazo, conforme manuais e condições de operação, apresentados pelo planejador de manutenção
  • Inspecionar os equipamentos antes das paradas, identificando desgastes, vazamentos e outras anomalias.
  • Consolidar o escopo da preventiva com base no histórico de falhas, checklists e relatos dos operadores.
  • Informar ao PCM as necessidades de serviços, peças e ferramentas para preparar a intervenção.
  • Apoiar o PCM na definição das janelas de parada com a operação, considerando a criticidade do equipamento.

Análise e Tratamento de Pendências

  • Analisar pendências e ordens em aberto, classificando criticidade e risco para a operação.
  • Registrar anomalias com identificação do ativo, evidências e recomendação técnica no sistema (SISMA).
  • Apoiar o líder de preventiva na analise da conclusão dos serviços antes de recomendar a baixa da pendência.
  • Comunicar desvios críticos à liderança e recomendar restrição de uso quando necessário.

Qualidade e Melhoria das Preventivas

  • Conferir itens dos planos, peças e fluidos aplicados em conjunto com o Programador de Manutenção.
  • Apoiar o inspetor de qualidade na analise das preventivas executadas.
  • Apoiar o líder de preventiva na identificação de não conformidades, acompanhar retrabalhos e verificar sua correção antes da liberação.
  • Monitorar cumprimento dos planos, reincidências e falhas após preventiva, propondo ações corretivas.
  • Sugerir ao PCM e à Engenharia ajustes nos planos e checklists com base nas inspeções e nos resultados.

Pré Requisitos:

Objetivo do cargo: Identificar antecipadamente anomalias e condições que comprometam a disponibilidade, a segurança e a confiabilidade dos equipamentos.

Diferenciais: Experiência em inspeção preventiva, interpretação de manuais técnicos, análise de falhas e manutenção baseada em condição.

Escolaridade

Ensino médio completo

Formação técnica

Desejável curso técnico em Mecânica, Eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas

Experiência

Mínimo recomendado de 2 anos em manutenção de máquinas agrícolas, veículos pesados ou equipamentos industriais

Conhecimento técnico

Sistemas hidráulicos, mecânicos, elétricos básicos, lubrificação e componentes de desgaste

Inspeção

Identificar vazamentos, folgas, desgastes, ruídos e outras anomalias

Sistemas

Informática básica e facilidade para utilização do SISMA

Perfil comportamental

Organização, atenção aos detalhes, senso crítico, disciplina e comunicação
