Misión del puesto

Administrar y analizar los expedientes de siniestros susceptibles de declararse como pérdida total, garantizando una resolución oportuna, correcta y conforme a las políticas de la aseguradora, la normatividad vigente y las condiciones contractuales de la póliza, asegurando una adecuada experiencia para el cliente y el control de costos para la compañía.

Funciones

1. Analizar y determinar la procedencia de pérdidas totales

Revisar la documentación, valuaciones, dictámenes técnicos y condiciones de la póliza para determinar la procedencia de la declaración de pérdida total de vehículos asegurados, conforme a los criterios internos y regulatorios aplicables.

2. Gestionar expedientes y documentación de siniestros

Integrar, validar y dar seguimiento a la documentación legal, administrativa y operativa requerida para la indemnización de los casos de pérdida total, asegurando la integridad y cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos.

3. Calcular y validar montos de indemnización

Determinar los importes de indemnización considerando valor comercial, valor convenido, deducibles, depreciaciones y demás condiciones contractuales, asegurando la correcta aplicación de las políticas de la compañía.

4. Coordinar la atención con clientes y proveedores

Mantener comunicación con asegurados, ajustadores, valuadores, agencias, corralones y otras áreas involucradas para dar seguimiento a los casos, resolver incidencias y garantizar tiempos de respuesta adecuados.

5. Elaborar reportes y monitorear indicadores

Generar reportes de gestión, productividad y control de expedientes, analizando indicadores de desempeño, tiempos de resolución y costos de siniestralidad para contribuir a la mejora continua del proceso.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura concluida en áreas administrativas.
  • Experiencia en pérdidas totales, emisión, facturación, cobranza, atención a clientes.
  • Conocimientos en pérdidas totales.
  • Excel (tablas dinámicas, manejo de bases de datos, gráficas), Power Point para presentaciones ejecutivas.
  • Horario de Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a 17:00, presencial
