Misión del puesto

Apoyar al General Manager en la definición técnica del portafolio de Facultativo.

Funciones

Suscriptor Facultativo

Ubicación: São Paulo, Brasil Modalidad: Híbrida (3 días presenciales y 2 días de trabajo remoto)

Acerca de la posición

Buscamos un profesional que contribuya a la definición técnica del portafolio de Reaseguro Facultativo, participando activamente en la colocación, análisis y administración de negocios con mercados internacionales.

La posición tendrá un papel clave en el desarrollo de capacidades técnicas para la operación de Brasil y en la consolidación de relaciones con reaseguradores y brokers.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Coordinar técnica y documentalmente la colocación de negocios de todos los ramos con reaseguradores.
  • Preparar propuestas técnicas facultativas bajo los estándares definidos por el Grupo.
  • Gestionar la relación con brokers y reaseguradores para la colocación de negocios.
  • Asegurar la correcta consistencia entre términos locales y la aceptación final emitida entre Brasil y México.
  • Documentar y compartir aprendizajes relevantes del mercado facultativo brasileño.
  • Apoyar en la definición de capacidades y límites iniciales para el desarrollo del modelo de colocación facultativa en Brasil.

Escolaridad

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Contabilidad, Economía, Finanzas, Relaciones Comerciales, Ingeniería o carreras afines.

Experiencia

  • Experiencia sólida en suscripción facultativa de riesgos individuales de alta complejidad dentro del mercado asegurador o reasegurador internacional.
  • Experiencia en análisis, cotización y evaluación de riesgos individuales complejos que las aseguradoras deciden transferir fuera de sus contratos automáticos.
  • Conocimiento del mercado brasileño de seguros, reaseguro o reaseguro regional, con exposición a operaciones en Brasil.

Conocimientos

  • Reaseguro facultativo.
  • Estructuración y colocación de riesgos complejos.
  • Relación con brokers y mercados de reaseguro.
  • Análisis técnico de riesgos.

Idiomas

  • Inglés.
  • Español (deseable).
  • Portugués (nativo o avanzado).
