Misión del puesto

Atender oportunamente las llamadas realizadas por los asegurados, agentes de venta, corredores, brokers o canales alternos de General de Seguros que requieran apoyo con trámites tales como Cotización, Emisión, Cobro Electrónico, Domiciliación de pagos y consultas en general.

Funciones

Actividades:

  • Atención de llamadas inbound para dar solución en el momento a las solicitudes de los asegurados, agentes, proveedores y clientes internos.
  • Seguimiento a trámites de cotización, emisión, domiciliación, tickets, etc.
  • Gestión de llamadas y trámites administrativos para canalizar las solicitudes.

Requisitos:

  • 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente (deseable telefónico)
  • 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente
  • Disponibilidad de horario para hacer 1 guardia sabatina al mes

Ofrecemos:

  • Horario de lunes a viernes de 9:30 - 5:30
  • Esquema híbrido (3 días oficina 2 días casa)
  • Contratación directa
  • Sueldo competitivo + Prestaciones superiores a la ley
