Misión del puesto

Asegurar que la compañía opere conforme a las regulaciones aplicables, así como fortalecer las prácticas de gobierno corporativo mediante la implementación, monitoreo y mejora de políticas, controles y marcos normativos.

Funciones

  • Cumplimiento Normativo. Monitorear cambios regulatorios en jurisdicciones relevantes, para la actualización de la matriz de cumplimiento.
  • Gobierno Corporativo. Resguardo y seguimiento a actas y minutas de los comités de soporte del Consejo de Administración.
  • Gobierno Corporativo. Administración de los órganos de gobierno corporativo a través de la cual se da seguimiento al cumplimiento de las líneas estratégicas que dicte el Consejo de Administración.
  • Auditorías. Apoyo a la atención a requerimientos de auditores internos y externos. Apoyo a la auditoría de procesos de Reaseguradora Patria.
  • Oficios recibidos. Seguimiento a la atención de oficios recibidos.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Derecho o Actuaría (concluida).
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Gobierno Corporativo y Cumplimiento Normativo.
  • Experiencia en el sector asegurador (indispensable).
  • Manejo de Excel y Word intermedio.
