Misión del puesto

Desarrollar, supervisar y administrar los productos de los ramos de Vida y Accidentes Personales, asegurando su correcta implementación, actualización y rentabilidad, mediante el cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente ante las entidades regulatorias, el control del gasto de adquisición, el seguimiento presupuestal y apoyo a los insumos de las auditorías internas y externas, con el fin de impulsar el crecimiento sostenible del portafolio, fortalecer la competitividad comercial y garantizar la viabilidad técnica y financiera de los ramos.

Funciones

¿Te apasiona crear productos, desarrollar soluciones actuariales y convertir información técnica en estrategias que impulsen el crecimiento del negocio?

Esta posición tendrá un papel clave en la transformación y fortalecimiento del portafolio de Vida Individual, participando en el desarrollo, actualización y registro de productos, así como en la generación de análisis actuariales que permitan la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

Perfil que estamos buscando:

✔ Actuario(a). ✔ Experiencia sólida en Seguros de Vida Individual. ✔ Experiencia indispensable desarrollando y construyendo productos (no únicamente administrándolos). ✔ Conocimiento en elaboración de notas técnicas y cálculos actuariales. ✔ Experiencia en administración de fondos y valores garantizados. ✔ Manejo de R, R Studio y Excel avanzado. ✔ Capacidad para comunicar conceptos técnicos de forma clara y práctica para distintas áreas del negocio. ✔ Orientación al detalle, visión estratégica y enfoque a resultados.

Principales retos de la posición:

  • Actualizar y registrar productos de Vida Individual.
  • Desarrollar y actualizar notas técnicas.
  • Realizar cálculos actuariales relacionados con productos, fondos en administración y valores garantizados.
  • Evaluar la viabilidad técnica y financiera de nuevos productos.
  • Impulsar mejoras operativas y contribuir a la estabilidad de procesos críticos del área.
  • Diseñar y validar esquemas de incentivos, apoyando decisiones comerciales desde una perspectiva actuarial.
  • Liderar un equipo técnico especializado.
