Misión del puesto

Responsable de revisar y validar la información de ofertas facultativas, asegurando que cumpla con los criterios técnicos y administrativos necesarios antes de registrarla en el sistema. Aunque el puesto tiene nivel de supervisión técnica, actualmente no cuenta con personal a cargo.

Asegurar la correcta revisión, validación, registro y emisión de ofertas facultativas, verificando que la información proporcionada por las áreas correspondientes esté completa, sea congruente y cumpla con los procedimientos internos.

La persona tendrá la responsabilidad y autoridad para devolver solicitudes que presenten información incompleta o incorrecta, garantizando la calidad y oportunidad del proceso de emisión.

Funciones

  • Revisar y validar la información recibida para la emisión de ofertas facultativas.
  • Verificar sumas aseguradas, sumas asegurables, primas, vigencias, coberturas, límites de responsabilidad, cúmulos, corretajes y comisiones.
  • Identificar inconsistencias, omisiones o diferencias entre la documentación recibida.
  • Determinar si una solicitud cuenta con la información necesaria para su emisión.
  • Devolver al área correspondiente las solicitudes incompletas o incorrectas, indicando claramente la información que debe complementarse o corregirse.
  • Registrar y actualizar las solicitudes en la bitácora de control.
  • Capturar la información validada en el sistema interno de emisión.
  • Generar y enviar las ofertas facultativas correspondientes.
  • Dar seguimiento oportuno a las solicitudes asignadas hasta su conclusión.
  • Mantener la calidad y precisión de la información registrada.
  • Apoyar en la atención de endosos y requerimientos relacionados con la operación.
  • Proponer mejoras para optimizar, digitalizar o automatizar los procesos del área.
  • Participar en proyectos de transformación e incorporación de herramientas tecnológicas.

Experiencia

  • Experiencia en procesos de emisión dentro del sector asegurador.
  • Experiencia en alguno de los siguientes ramos: Vida. Daños.
  • Experiencia revisando y validando información técnica antes de su emisión.
  • Capacidad para identificar errores, omisiones e inconsistencias documentales.
  • Experiencia facultativa o en reaseguro deseable, mas no indispensable.
  • Se considerarán perfiles provenientes de aseguradoras, reaseguradoras o brokers de reaseguro.
