Misión del puesto

Suscribir y administrar los negocios de su cartera, los que le son asignados de acuerdo con su nivel de autoridad de suscripción, respondiendo en tiempo y forma a clientes y cedentes.

Funciones

  • Suscribir todos los negocios asignados a su cartera, cumpliendo con las políticas de la empresa y su autoridad de suscripción, dando respuestas oportunas a los requerimientos de bróker y cedentes, en pro de aportar al cumplimiento del presupuesto de ventas de la oficina.
  • Administrar su cartera de negocios, gestionando las renovaciones previo a su vencimiento y buscando activamente su renovación con la finalidad de conservar a los clientes con los que se cuenta actualmente de acuerdo con el apetito de riesgo de la compañía.
  • Apoyar en la representación comercial de la empresa frente a bróker y cedentes, dando a conocer nuestro apetito de riesgo y capacidades de soporte, de modo de incrementar la cantidad de solicitudes de negocios aceptables a nuestras políticas.
  • Otorgar una correcta y oportuna atención a los clientes de su cartera, en términos de respuestas y oferta de soluciones alternativas con el fin de mantener la cartera de clientes actuales de la empresa.
  • Proponer a su superior jerárquico estrategias de negocio que permiten mantener actualizada la propuesta de reaseguro de la empresa, con la finalidad de acrecentar la cartera de negocios de la oficina y dar cumplimiento al presupuesto de ventas y rentabilidad.
  • Mantener actualizada la información requerida para el control y monitoreo de los negocios analizados y suscritos, de modo de disponer de información confiable para la correcta administración de la cartera de negocios de la oficina.

Requisitos:

  • 3 años de experiencia en Suscripción Daños, preferentemente Facultativo.
  • Licenciatura Económico-Administrativas
  • Conocimientos: Coberturas y análisis de negocio
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Excel
