The posting

Eine Universalbank sucht eine Führungspersönlichkeit für ihr Core Banking. Du verantwortest den stabilen Betrieb der Plattform, steuerst die externen Partner und entwickelst das Setup gezielt weiter.

Die Rolle

Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für Core Banking und führst drei Teams mit rund 15 Mitarbeitenden: Testing, Core Banking Operations mit Offshore-Anteil und System Engineering. Das Betriebsmodell stützt sich auf externe Plattform-, Service- und Softwarepartner. Arbeitsort ist der Raum Zürich, vor Ort.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Das Betriebsmodell mit den externen Partnern steuern, inklusive SLA Verhandlungen, Service Governance, Lizenz- und Eskalationsmanagement.
  • Die operative Stabilität der Plattform verantworten, besonders bei Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen und an kritischen Verarbeitungstagen.
  • Release- und Patch-Wellen steuern und eine revisionssichere Verarbeitung gewährleisten.
  • Die drei Teams und ihre erfahrenen Teamleitungen führen und weiterentwickeln.
  • Optimierungen vorantreiben, ohne den Grundbetrieb zu gefährden, in enger Abstimmung mit dem CIO-Bereich und der Geschäftsleitung.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der operativen Verantwortung für ein kritisches Core Banking System wie Finnova, Avaloq oder vergleichbar.
  • Nachweisbare Steuerung externer Partner, von SLAs über Service Governance bis zu Lizenzen.
  • Führungserfahrung im Banking Operations Umfeld, idealerweise mit Offshore-Komponente.
  • Breites Bankverständnis, um die Wirkung technischer Entscheide auf das Geschäft einzuschätzen, dazu ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Revisionsbewusstsein.
  • Eine ruhige, verbindliche Art zu führen und die Bereitschaft, an kritischen Tagen selbst genau hinzuschauen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
