WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als Corporate Recruiter ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen onze groeiende organisatie. De arbeidsmarkt is competitief en de vraag naar technisch en specialistisch talent neemt toe. Jij weet precies hoe je professionals enthousiast maakt voor een carrière binnen de energietransitie.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces voor de regio Groningen en Zwolle: van vacature-intake tot onboarding. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met hiring managers, teamleiders en HR-collega’s. Je begrijpt de behoeften van de business en vertaalt deze naar een effectieve recruitmentaanpak.

Omdat Hanab Energy Solutions volop in ontwikkeling is, krijg je veel ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen, nieuwe recruitment ideeën en initiatieven te ontplooien. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de organisatie groeit snel, projecten ontwikkelen zich continu en jij beweegt daarin actief mee.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Zorgdragen voor een professionele en positieve candidate experience tijdens het volledige recruitmentproces
  • Opstellen van aantrekkelijke en doelgroepgerichte vacatureteksten
  • Voeren van intakegesprekken en sollicitatiegesprekken
  • Adviseren van managers over arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen en recruitmentstrategieën
  • Opbouwen van talentpools voor technische en specialistische functies
  • Versterken van employer branding en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen recruitmentprocessen
  • Meewerken aan recruitmentcampagnes, events en campusrecruitment
  • Zorgdragen voor een professionele en positieve candidate experience

WAT BRENG JE MEE?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in recruitment, corporate of bureauzijde
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Proactieve en zelfstandige werkhouding
  • Ervaring met LinkedIn Recruiter en moderne recruitmenttools
  • Affiniteit met techniek, energie of duurzaamheid is een pré

WAT HEBBEN WE JE TE BIEDEN?

  • Een zelfstandige, veelzijdige functie met veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en initiatief.

  • Salaris tussen € 3.765,- en € 5.311,- per maand.
  • Bovenop je bruto maandsalaris ontvang je een flexbudget van 18%, dat je bruto kunt laten uitbetalen, gebruiken om extra verlof mee te kopen of een combinatie daarvan.
  • Vaste eindejaarsuitkering van 3,7% en een variabele bonusregeling tot 3%.
  • Een uitstekende pensioenregeling waarbij wij 2/3 van de premie betalen.
  • Daarnaast bieden wij nog diverse collectieve Hanab kortingen op verzekeringen en abonnementen.
  • Mogelijkheid om deels vanuit huis te werken.
