1. 负责项目整体特效风格方向制定与品质把控，制定并维护项目级特效风格语言、资源规格、性能预算与验收标准； 2. 制定特效制作规范与成熟工作流程（UE Niagara / Houdini / Embergen / AI 工具链），保持行业敏感度，持续引入与评估新技术； 3. 搭建并带领特效团队：招聘、人员管理规则、日常审核验收、风险控制； 4. 协同上下游（战斗策划、动作、TA、程序、音频）完成特效实机表现，从玩法可读性、打击感、镜头、音画同步角度提出表现方案； 5. 攻坚高难度特效场景：复杂 Boss 战 、战斗过场、大处决等大规模同屏/高表现内容，攻克性能与表现难题； 6. 具备特效设计能力，主导技能/演出特效从设计到 3D 落地的完整链路，在保留 IP 特性的基础上让表现更华丽。

1. 完整 UE 项目经验：从研发初期到项目上线运营的全流程经历，5-7 年特效设计与制作经验； 2. 美术能力：良好审美，能制定项目特效风格、把控特效品质，协同上下游做好特效实机表现； 3. 技术能力：熟悉 UE 引擎系统、Niagara 粒子系统、Houdini、Embergen、AI 工具等主流特效软件，能为项目制定成熟工作流程； 4. 性能优化：熟悉特效性能优化（UE 材质、Niagara 粒子设置、特效制作技巧等），并能搭建一套工具协助特效组产出合规资产； 5. 综合管理：具备特效团队搭建与人员管理经验（招聘、管理规则、审核验收、风险控制）； 6. 设计能力：具备特效设计能力，懂得"什么设计好看且可落地"——以 3D 落地效果为导向，而非仅依赖原画设计参考。 加分项 1. 动漫爱好者，喜欢追番——理解粉丝视角，战斗表演的点做得"正宗"； 2. 有动画 IP 改编项目经验（如《异人之下》、火影类 IP 项目）； 3. 业内有知名度； 4. 熟悉 Houdini 技术 ； 5. 具备 PC / 主机 / 移动端多平台项目经验。
