The posting

岗位职责1.负责SLG手游用户、数据分析、上线前期准备等日常运营工作；2.深度拆解市面头部 SLG（如三战、三谋等），负责从数值循环、赛季博弈、社交链路等维度输出专业竞品分析，为项目发行提供差异化策略支撑；3.建立 SLG 专属数据监控体系。通过对战损比、势力分布、资源流转、联盟活跃度等核心指标的建模，实时预判服务器生态风险（如单盟独大、死服风险）；4.SLG核心用户维护， 进行GS协同管理， GS 团队进行关键盟主/大氪用户的生态维护；5.与研发团队合作，能够从运营视角提出产品改进建议。

任职要求1.本科以上学历，3年以上SLG游戏运营工作经验；2.必须是三国志·战略版或三国志·谋定天下等赛季制 SLG 的重度玩家。有过盟主、指挥官或高战外交经验者优先；3.拥有至少一次 0-1 完整 SLG 项目的上线及长线运营经验，负责过数值运营、系统运营或生态管控等核心环节者优先；4.具备优秀的数据分析能力，熟悉SLG产品数据分析框架搭建。懂如何通过数据指标反推产品设计缺陷；5.有责任心，擅长团队沟通。
