Principales funciones y responsabilidades:

Como principales funciones destacan:

Gestión de compras y proveedores

  • Tramitación y seguimiento de pedidos a proveedores.
  • Elaboración de comparativos de precios entre proveedores.
  • Negociación de precios de artículos sujetos a variaciones de coste.
  • Gestión de altas de nuevos proveedores y materiales.
  • Resolución de incidencias relacionadas con la facturación de proveedores.
  • Seguimiento y control de los pedidos pendientes de recepción.

Recepción y gestión de mercancías

  • Recepción de mercancías y comprobación de los albaranes con los productos recibidos.
  • Registro de entradas de mercancía en el sistema informático.
  • Preparación y distribución de pedidos internos para los diferentes departamentos del hotel.
  • Archivo y organización de los albaranes de entrega.

Almacenamiento y control de stock

  • Organización, almacenamiento y control de existencias en los almacenes generales.
  • Supervisión de los niveles de stock para garantizar la disponibilidad de materiales y productos.
  • Control de caducidades y temperaturas de los almacenes y las mercancías, conforme a los procedimientos APPCC.

Gestión administrativa y cierres mensuales

  • Elaboración, emisión y registro del inventario mensual para el cierre de mes.
  • Realización del conteo físico de inventarios a final de mes.
  • Tramitación de los pedidos recurrentes mensuales.
  • Gestión de los pedidos correspondientes a servicios al cierre de mes.
  • Elaboración de pedidos y registro de entradas de mercancía (EM) correspondientes a los albaranes de Servicios Técnicos (SSTT), para el cierre mensual.

Aptitudes:

  • Se requiere conocimiento en la gestión de almacenes.
  • Se requiere una experiencia mínima de un año en el desempeño de funciones similares
