Misión del Puesto

Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento, conservación y eficiencia de las instalaciones técnicas, maquinaria y zonas de aguas del Spa, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de excelencia de un establecimiento de 5 estrellas.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales

1. Control y Mantenimiento de Zonas de Aguas

  • Monitorización, análisis y ajuste diario de los parámetros químicos del agua (pH, cloro, bromo, turbidez) en piscinas, jacuzzis y circuitos de hidroterapia.
  • Inspección, limpieza y mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la maquinaria de depuración, filtración, dosificación automática y salas de bombas.
  • Mantenimiento y puesta a punto de sauna f, baño de vapor (hammam) y duchas de sensaciones.

2. Mantenimiento General de Instalaciones

  • Supervisión y reparación preventiva de fontanería, electricidad, climatización y fontanería en cabinas de tratamiento, recepción, vestuarios y zonas comunes.
  • Mantenimiento de la iluminación ambiental y reposición de elementos eléctricos.
  • Control del correcto funcionamiento de la ventilación y la extracción de humedad en toda el área.

3. Seguridad, Normativa y Protocolo

  • Cumplimiento riguroso de la normativa autonómica e internacional sobre prevención y control de Legionella.
  • Registro diario en los libros oficiales de control sanitario de piscinas y zonas térmicas.
  • Detección y resolución inmediata de cualquier anomalía técnica que pueda poner en riesgo la seguridad de clientes o empleados.

4. Operativa y Coordinación Interna

  • Comunicación continua con el equipo de recepción de Spa para atender incidencias técnicas con rapidez y discreción.
  • Control de inventario de repuestos, productos químicos y herramientas necesarias para la operativa.
  • Apoyo en la preparación de las instalaciones previo a la apertura diaria del centro.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Formación: Formación Profesional (GM/GS) en Mantenimiento Electromecánico, Fontanería, Electricidad o Climatización.
  • Certificaciones imprescindibles:Carné/Certificación oficial de Mantenimiento Higiénico-Sanitario de Instalaciones con Riesgo de Legionella. Titulación de Mantenimiento de Piscinas de Uso Colectivo.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en puestos de mantenimiento técnico en hoteles de 4/5 estrellas o centros de spa/talasoterapia.
  • Competencias clave: Proactividad, atención al detalle, capacidad de resolución de incidencias con discreción y alto compromiso con las normas de seguridad e higiene.
  • Idiomas: Español fluido. Se valorará positivamente un nivel básico de inglés.
