Buscamos un/a RECEPCIONISTA para nuestro HOTEL HESPERIA BILBAO ubicado en Vizcaya.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día? • Gestionar la estancia del cliente desde el check in hasta su check out, garantizando una experiencia ágil y agradable.

• Preasignación de habitaciones

• Identificar y dar la bienvenida a todos los huéspedes y visitas del hotel. • Reconocer a los clientes repetitivos

• Gestionar reservas individuales y de grupo, tanto directas como a través de agencias y OTA´s

• Coordinarse con los demás departamentos (piso, mantenimiento, F&B, comercial, etc.) para asegurar un servicio integral.

• Atender todos los requerimientos de los huéspedes antes, durante y después de su estancia en el hotel • Manejar la caja de recepción (cobro de clientes, cambios de divisas, etc.) • Atender llamadas, correos y consultas presenciales de forma profesional y proactiva. • Promoción de todos los servicios del hotel • Ofrecer información de los servicios del hotel e información turística de la ciudad • Apoyar en la resolución de incidencias y en la fidelización de clientes

de no poder solventarlas • Facturación y cuadre diario de la caja y demás servicios ofrecidos en la recepción.

Requisitos

¿Qué necesitas para el puesto?

· Formación Universitaria en Turismo, Hostelería o similar.

· Es imprescindible que aporte nivel de inglés alto (se valorará segundo idioma)

· Experiencia mínima de 1 año en la recepción en hotel de 4* o superior.

· en el desempeño de funciones similares como recepcionista

· Conocimiento en sistema de gestión hotelera, preferiblemente Opera Cloud.

· Habilidad para la venta de Upselling

· Orientación al cliente

· Perfil resolutivo
