En Grand Hyatt La Manga Club, Golf & Spa buscamos incorporar un/a Caddie Master / Marshall de Golf para formar parte de nuestro equipo.

Buscamos una persona dinámica, responsable y con clara orientación al cliente, que contribuya a garantizar una excelente experiencia a nuestros jugadores durante su estancia en el campo.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?

  • Controlar el ritmo de juego y los tiempos de salida.
  • Supervisar el flujo de jugadores durante el recorrido.
  • Informar y velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de juego y el correcto uso de las instalaciones.
  • Atender, orientar y asistir a los jugadores durante su experiencia en el campo.
  • Coordinarse con los equipos de recepción, Caddie Master y mantenimiento.
  • Detectar y comunicar posibles incidencias durante el recorrido.
  • Contribuir al cuidado del campo y al cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad.

Estas funciones están alineadas con las que aparecen actualmente en puestos comparables de Marshall / Caddie Master: control del ritmo de juego, organización de salidas, atención al jugador y supervisión de las normas del campo.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Nivel alto de inglés y español.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
  • Persona organizada, resolutiva, responsable y con iniciativa.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y festivos.
  • Se valorarán conocimientos de golf y de sus reglas.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en campos de golf, clubes deportivos o posiciones de atención al cliente.
  • Otros idiomas serán valorados positivamente.
