Funciones y Actividades principales:

 Recibir a los clientes con mucha amabilidad e informar del protocolo de actuación durante el tratamiento elegido.

 Contestar a las preguntas de los clientes.

 Revisar y renovar las fichas, perfiles de los clientes, costumbres y tratamientos preferidos, averiguar necesidades, contraindicaciones para el cliente y dejar reflejada la información para la próxima visita y futuros tratamientos.

 Realizar los tratamientos según dicta protocolo y con buena actitud y excelencia en el servicio.

 Atención al cliente, guiarle a la siguiente área.

 Seguir los horarios y planificación.

 Comprobar el stock profesional de cada almacén, inventario.

 Preparar rigurosamente las cabinas para los tratamientos.

 En caso de que el perfil cumpla dualidad (masajista en cabina y recepción), derivara, cuando Spa Manager u operativa de servicio lo requiera, a recepción.

 Comprobar el estado de la lencería y de los productos a aplicar.

 Asesorar sobre los tratamientos según el estado, el tipo de piel, la edad, etc.

 Desarrollo del servicio elegido de forma correcta.

 Promoción de servicios, recomendación y venta de productos bajo asesoramiento profesional al cliente.

 Asistencia a recepción en caso de que necesite y se tenga tiempo sin servicios.

 Revisión continua de la zona relax y de elementos que hay en la misma.

Perfil requerido

 Formación Académica:

o Deseable formación quiromasaje, u otras áreas de SPA.

 Conocimientos específicos:

o Nivel de inglés alto; valorable otros idiomas

 Experiencia Profesional:

o Experiencia mínima de un año en una posición similar.

 Habilidades:

o Vocación de Servicio (Care).

o Habilidades Comunicativas e Interpersonales (Ease).

o Proactividad.

o Atención al detalle.

o Orientación a resultados, con ambición de superar las expectativas de los clientes (Deliver).

o Instinto para conocer cuándo y cómo sorprender a los clientes (Surprise).

o Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y actitud hospitalaria e informal, al mismo tiempo que respetuosa y
