Funciones y Actividades principales:

 Atención al cliente.

 Recibir a los clientes siempre con mucha amabilidad.

 Promoción de spa y servicios.

 Conocer perfectamente todos los servicios de carta y productos que vendemos en el spa.

 Informar de los productos, servicios, componentes, beneficios, horarios, tarifas, normas de uso, ofertas y promociones.

 Reservas y gestionar la planificación de tratamientos, terapeutas.

 Realizar las llamadas de confirmación.

 Realizar el check in, check out y procedimiento de cobros.

 Realizar venta de productos.

 Asegurarse del perfecto estado, de la limpieza e higiene en la recepción.

 Tramitar las reservas de los tratamientos con el cliente y con el especialista.

 Gestionar los cobros de servicios y ventas de los productos.

 Presentar las cartas de tratamientos y productos.

 Gestionar los stocks de productos, inventario.

 Asignar llaves de taquillas y revisión de estas.

 Gestionar el perfil de cliente, base de datos.

 Desarrollar de forma correcta todos los procedimientos de operativa.

 En caso de que el perfil cumpla dualidad (masajista en cabina, recepción), derivara, cuando Spa Manager u operativa de servicio lo requiera, a cabina.

 Asistencia a personal de cabina cuando sea necesario, para recoger, limpiar y recibir al siguiente cliente de forma óptima.

 Reposición y comprobación de lencería y desechables en taquillas y recepción.

Perfil requerido

 Formación Académica:

o Deseable formación quiromasaje, u otras áreas de SPA.

 Conocimientos específicos:

o Nivel de inglés alto; valorable otros idiomas

 Experiencia Profesional:

o Experiencia mínima de un año en una posición similar.

 Habilidades:

o Vocación de Servicio (Care).

o Habilidades Comunicativas e Interpersonales (Ease).

o Proactividad.

o Atención al detalle.

o Orientación a resultados, con ambición de superar las expectativas de los clientes (Deliver).

o Instinto para conocer cuándo y cómo sorprender a los clientes (Surprise).

o Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y actitud hospitalaria e informal, al mismo tiempo que respetuosa y
