¿Te apasiona el mundo de la coctelería y quieres desarrollar tu carrera en un entorno hotelero internacional?

En Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower buscamos incorporar un/a estudiante en prácticas de Bartender para formar parte de nuestro equipo de Food & Beverage.

Tendrás la oportunidad de aprender junto a profesionales del sector, conocer desde dentro la operativa de un hotel de referencia y desarrollar tus habilidades en servicio de bar, coctelería y atención al cliente.

¿Qué aprenderás durante tus prácticas?

  • Apoyo en la preparación y servicio de bebidas, cócteles y otras elaboraciones.
  • Preparación y organización de la barra antes, durante y después del servicio.
  • Conocimiento de productos, ingredientes y técnicas básicas de coctelería.
  • Atención y asesoramiento al cliente siguiendo los estándares de servicio del hotel.
  • Apoyo en el control y reposición de producto y material de bar.
  • Colaboración con el equipo de F&B para garantizar una experiencia excelente a nuestros clientes.
  • Aplicación de los procedimientos de higiene, seguridad y calidad establecidos.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudiante de Hostelería, Restauración, Turismo o formación relacionada.
  • Posibilidad de formalizar un convenio de prácticas con el centro de estudios.
  • Interés por desarrollarse profesionalmente en bar, coctelería y Food & Beverage.
  • Actitud positiva, orientación al cliente y ganas de aprender.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo en un entorno dinámico.
  • Valorable nivel de inglés y otros idiomas.
