En Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences, buscamos incorporar un/a Recepcionista que se convierta en la primera impresión de nuestra residencia y en un referente de excelencia para residentes, huéspedes y visitantes. Su misión será ofrecer una experiencia cálida, personalizada y memorable, garantizando un servicio impecable alineado con los estándares de calidad y hospitalidad de Hyatt.

Buscamos una persona con experiencia previa en la recepción, atención al cliente u hotelería, preferiblemente en hoteles, residencias o entornos premium. Un perfil orientado al servicio, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, capacidad para anticiparse a las necesidades de los huéspedes y acostumbrado a desenvolverse en entornos dinámicos y con altos estándares de calidad.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás la primera impresión y el recuerdo más duradero de nuestros residentes y huéspedes. Como Recepcionista de Hyatt Regency Madrid Residences, serás el nexo entre la excelencia del servicio y una experiencia residencial de lujo, garantizando una atención personalizada, cercana y memorable en cada interacción.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Dar la bienvenida a residentes, huéspedes y visitantes, ofreciendo una atención excepcional desde su llegada.
  • Gestionar los procesos de check-in, check-out y reservas con eficiencia y profesionalidad.
  • Atender y resolver solicitudes, consultas e incidencias de manera ágil y personalizada.
  • Coordinar las peticiones de los huéspedes con los diferentes departamentos para asegurar una experiencia impecable.
  • Facilitar información sobre servicios de la residencia, restaurantes, transporte y actividades en Madrid.
  • Gestionar llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y tareas administrativas propias de recepción.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y hospitalidad de Hyatt.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en hoteles de 5 estrellas o 2 años en hoteles de 4 estrellas.
  • Muy valorable experiencia previa en cadenas hoteleras nacionales o internacionales.
  • Nivel alto de español e inglés (se valorarán otros idiomas).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trato interpersonal.
  • Capacidad para anticiparse a las necesidades del huésped y ofrecer soluciones con una actitud positiva.
  • Organización, atención al detalle y habilidad para gestionar varias tareas simultáneamente.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.
  • Incorporación inmediata o a corto plazo
