¿Sueñas con desarrollar tu talento culinario en un hotel de referencia internacional? En Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid buscamos estudiantes de cocina apasionados por la gastronomía que quieran dar sus primeros pasos profesionales en un entorno dinámico, exigente y orientado a la excelencia.

Como Kitchen Intern, tendrás la oportunidad de aprender junto a chefs experimentados, participar en la elaboración de propuestas gastronómicas de alto nivel y conocer el funcionamiento de una cocina profesional dentro de un hotel de lujo.

¿Qué aprenderás?

  • Apoyar en la preparación, elaboración y presentación de platos siguiendo los estándares de calidad establecidos.
  • Participar en las diferentes partidas de cocina (desayunos, banquetes, restaurante y eventos).
  • Colaborar en la preparación de mise en place y organización del servicio diario.
  • Conocer técnicas culinarias, procesos de producción y control de calidad.
  • Aplicar las normas de higiene, seguridad alimentaria y APPCC.
  • Gestionar correctamente materias primas, almacenaje y conservación de alimentos.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de cocina durante servicios, eventos y banquetes.
  • Familiarizarte con los estándares gastronómicos y operativos de Hyatt.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudiantes de Cocina, Gastronomía, Dirección de Cocina o formaciones afines.
  • Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas con universidad o centro de formación.
  • Pasión por la gastronomía y vocación por el sector hospitality.
  • Ganas de aprender, iniciativa y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Atención al detalle y compromiso con la calidad.
  • Valorable nivel básico de inglés.
  • Se valorarán experiencias académicas o prácticas previas en cocina.
