¿Te gustaría desarrollar tu carrera en el corazón de la operativa de un hotel de lujo internacional? En Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid buscamos estudiantes con pasión por la hospitalidad y la atención al cliente para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Front Office.

Durante tus prácticas tendrás la oportunidad de vivir de cerca la experiencia del huésped, aprender los estándares de servicio de Hyatt y adquirir una visión global del funcionamiento de la recepción de un hotel de 5 estrellas.

¿Qué aprenderás?

  • Apoyar en los procesos de check-in y check-out de huéspedes nacionales e internacionales.
  • Gestionar solicitudes, consultas y peticiones especiales ofreciendo un servicio personalizado.
  • Dar soporte en la gestión de reservas, asignación de habitaciones y coordinación con otros departamentos.
  • Atender llamadas telefónicas y asistir a los huéspedes durante toda su estancia.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Eventos y F&B para garantizar una experiencia excelente.
  • Resolver incidencias y anticiparte a las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Familiarizarte con los estándares operativos y sistemas de gestión hotelera utilizados por Hyatt.
  • Contribuir a crear experiencias memorables para nuestros huéspedes.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudiantes de Turismo, Dirección Hotelera, Hospitality Management o titulaciones afines.
  • Posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas con universidad o centro de formación.
  • Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible). Se valorarán otros idiomas.
  • Excelente orientación al cliente y habilidades de comunicación.
  • Actitud proactiva, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y ganas de aprender.
  • Interés por desarrollar una carrera profesional en el sector hotelero de lujo.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en atención al cliente o recepción.
