Hospitality Talents, een rekruteringsbureau gespecialiseerd in horeca- en hotelprofielen, is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Receptie Manager voor een vakantie- en seminariecentrum in Blankenberge. Onze klant, een toonaangevend vakantie- en seminariecentrum, is op zoek naar een Chef de Réception om het team te versterken. In deze functie bent u verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en coördineren van het receptieteam, en zorgt u ervoor dat de gasten een warm welkom en een uitstekende service ervaren. Verantwoordelijkheden: Leidinggeven aan het receptieteam en zorgen voor een vlotte werking van de receptie. Aanspreekpunt zijn voor zowel gasten als het interne team. Zorgen voor een uitstekende klantenservice door het tijdig en efficiënt afhandelen van reserveringen, check-ins en check-outs. Beheren van de administratieve taken die verband houden met de receptie, zoals het beheren van kamers, betalingen en gasteninformatie. Het trainen en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers en het bevorderen van een positieve werkcultuur. Deelnemen aan vergaderingen om de processen en procedures van de receptie te verbeteren. Requirements Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in een hotelomgeving. Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en ervaring in het aansteken van een team. Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het Frans (kennis van Engels is een plus). Klantgerichte houding met het vermogen om in een dynamische omgeving te werken.
