Jij houdt ervan om gasten zich welkom te laten voelen. Als Front Office Medewerker ben jij het visitekaartje van Van der Valk Zuidbroek. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten, zowel bij aankomst als tijdens hun verblijf. Met jouw gastvrije houding, communicatieve vaardigheden en oplossingsgerichte aanpak zorg je voor een warm welkom en een zorgeloos verblijf. Je zorg voor structuur, gastvrijheid en servicegerichtheid aan de balie. Dit doe je onder andere door:

  • Gasten welkom te heten, in te checken en uit te checken, inclusief het verwerken van betalingen.
  • Kamerreserveringen te beheren en beschikbare kamers efficiënt te verhuren.
  • Gasten te adviseren over toeristische activiteiten, openbaar vervoer, restaurants en andere services.
  • Telefoongesprekken aan te nemen, door te verbinden en berichten te noteren.
  • Wensen of verzoeken van gasten correct te verwerken en door te geven.
  • Reserveringen te registreren voor ons à la carte restaurant.
  • Bij te dragen aan een fijne en collegiale werksfeer.

Jij bent:

  • Representatief, gastgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Flexibel beschikbaar, inclusief avonden, weekenden en feestdagen.
  • Ervaren en hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Vaardig in het werken met reserveringssystemen.
  • Taalvaardig in Nederlands en Engels
