Als Hoofd Facilitair bij Hotel Groningen - Zuidbroek A7 ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en onderhoud van alle facilitaire zaken binnen ons bedrijf. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt en dat gasten en medewerkers zich prettig voelen in de omgeving.

Je werkt op locatie bij Van der Valk Hotel – Zuidbroek en bent nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse operatie van het hotel. Je bent regelmatig achter de computer bezig, maar staat vooral midden in de praktijk. Je signaleert wat er speelt, ziet waar actie nodig is en pakt dit zelfstandig op. Met jouw hands-on mentaliteit steek je graag de handen uit de mouwen en zorg je ervoor dat zaken goed en snel worden opgepakt.

  • Je coördineert en bewaakt facilitaire processen en diensten.
  • Je stuurt een team aan en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het budget en de inkoop van facilitaire benodigdheden.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de faciliteiten.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor vragen en problemen met betrekking tot facilitaire zaken.
  • Omdat je nauw samenwerkt met verschillende afdelingen en midden in de hoteloperatie staat, is ervaring in de horeca- of hotelbranche een pré.
