Hoofd Financiële Administratie en MT-lid

Als Hoofd Financiële Administratie bij Hotel Groningen - Zuidbroek A7 ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige financiële beheer van het hotel. Dit omvat onder meer het opstellen en analyseren van financiële rapportages, het bewaken van budgetten, het optimaliseren van financiële processen, salarisadministratie en het zorgen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volgende kerntaken;

  • Opstellen van maandelijkse en jaarafsluitingen;
  • Ontwikkelen, monitoren en bijsturen van het budget en de forecast;
  • Analyseren van financiële resultaten en opstellen van managementrapportages;
  • Optimaliseren van kasstromen, werkkapitaal en kostenstructuur;
  • Bewaken van naleving van fiscale en financiële wetgeving en hotelstandaarden;
  • Coördineren van de externe jaarrekeningcontrole en contact onderhouden met de concerncontrollers;
  • Leiden en coachen van 1 collega;
  • Ondersteunen van het MT met financiële adviezen en scenarioanalyses;
  • Beheren van contracten met leveranciers vanuit financieel perspectief;
  • Implementeren en bewaken van interne controlesystemen;
  • Salarisadministratie;
  • Werken met PMS: Shiji, Untill, AFAS/Profit en boekhoudprogramma Accountview

Vereisten:

  • Afgeronde hbo- of wo- opleiding Finance, Bedrijfseconomie of Accountancy;
  • Minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een financiële functie, bij voorkeur in de hospitality of hotelsector;
  • Je bent 38 uur beschikbaar
  • Ervaring met financiële verslaglegging, budgettering en forecasting;
