Wir suchen engagierte Bankettmitarbeiter (m/w/d), die mit Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität dafür sorgen, dass Hochzeiten, Tagungen, Feiern und andere Veranstaltungen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis werden.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung unserer Gäste bei Veranstaltungen, Tagungen, Hochzeiten und Feiern
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Bankettveranstaltungen
  • Auf- und Abbau von Veranstaltungsräumen
  • Service von Speisen und Getränken
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Veranstaltungsablaufs
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Service und Veranstaltungsleitung
  • Ein aufmerksamer und herzlicher Umgang mit unseren Gästen

Dein Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Service- oder Bankettbereich
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit – auch bei Veranstaltungen zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team und ein kollegiales Miteinander
  • Leidenschaft für den Umgang mit Gästen und eine ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität
  • Spaß daran, Veranstaltungen aktiv mitzugestalten und unseren Gästen besondere Momente zu bereiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sehr gute Umgangsformen
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Auch in stressigen Situationen behältst du den Überblick und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
