Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Vorbereitung und Herstellung des Mise en Place für deinen Posten
  • Zubereitung von Speisen im À-la-carte- und Bankettbereich
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Kochen auf deinem Posten
  • Warenannahme sowie sachgerechtes Verräumen und Lagern der Lebensmittel
  • Gastorientiertes Handeln und Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität
  • Umsetzung der HACCP-Richtlinien sowie aktueller Hygienevorschriften
  • Leitung einer Schicht und Koordination des Teams im täglichen Ablauf
  • Anleitung und Unterstützung von Praktikanten, Auszubildenden und neuen Mitarbeitern
  • Kreative Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Gerichte und Speisekarten

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch (m/w/d)
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der À-la-carte- und Bankettküche
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu unterschiedlichen Arbeitszeiten
  • Wochenendarbeit ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und konzentrierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und professionelles Auftreten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
