Für unser Serviceteam suchen wir einen engagierten Service Manager (m/w/d), der Verantwortung übernimmt, klare Strukturen schafft und gemeinsam mit seinem Team für besondere Gästeerlebnisse sorgt.

Als Service Manager (m/w/d) bist du für die operative Leitung unseres Restaurants Gildenhaus, der Bar Stadtschenke, der Terrasse sowie für den Service bei Veranstaltungen, Gruppen und Banketten verantwortlich.

Deine Verantwortung

  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Serviceteams
  • Organisation der täglichen Abläufe in Restaurant, Bar, Terrasse und Veranstaltungsservice
  • Erstellung einer klaren Aufgabenverteilung und bedarfsgerechter Dienstpläne
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen, aufmerksamen und schnellen Gästebetreuung
  • Steuerung von Servicequalität, Produktivität und Personalkosten
  • Förderung von aktivem Verkauf, Upselling und Getränkeumsatz
  • Professionelle Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und Beschwerden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Managementteam und der Geschäftsführung des Unternehmens
  • Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer sowie bestehender Mitarbeitender
