Deine Aufgaben:

  • Herzliche Betreuung unserer Gäste und Schaffung besonderer Wohlfühlerlebnisse
  • Durchführung des Frühstücksservices sowie à-la-carte-Service am Mittag und Abend
  • Begrüßung, Platzierung und aufmerksame Betreuung unserer Gäste
  • Eigenständiges Führen einer Station inklusive Beratung, Verkauf und Abrechnung
  • Ansprechpartner für Gästewünsche, Fragen und Reklamationen
  • Professioneller Service von Speisen mit unterschiedlichen Servicearten
  • Servieren von Getränken und Durchführung des Weinservices
  • Vor- und nachbereitende Mise-en-Place-Arbeiten
  • Fachgerechtes Eindecken der Tische entsprechend dem Anlass
  • Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung von Auszubildenden

Dein Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Servicebereich
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team
  • Leidenschaft für den Umgang mit Gästen und eine ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
  • Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sehr gute Umgangsformen
  • Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
