Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Frischeküche: Fachgerechte Verarbeitung von frischen, regionalen Produkten sowie die Zubereitung unserer anspruchsvollen á la carte Speisen.
  • Show-Cooking: Begeisterung unserer Gäste beim optionalen Live-Cooking direkt an der Front.
  • Organisation: Strukturierte und sorgfältige Vorbereitung des Mise en place für das á la carte Geschäft, Menüs und Buffets.
  • Qualität & Kreativität: Konsequente Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitätsansprüche und aktives Einbringen eigener kreativer Ideen.
  • Warenwirtschaft: Zuverlässige Annahme und fachgerechtes Verräumen der gelieferten Waren.
  • Gästefokus: Ein stets gastorientiertes Handeln und Auftreten für ein perfektes Gasterlebnis.
  • Hygiene & Standards: Strikte Umsetzung der HACCP-Richtlinien sowie aller aktuellen Hygienevorschriften im Küchenbereich.

Dein Profil:

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch (m/w/d).
  • Erfahrung: Praktische Erfahrung in der À-la-carte- und Bankettküche.
  • Arbeitsweise: Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und fokussierte Arbeitsweise, auch bei hohem Gästeaufkommen.
  • Soft Skills: Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und echte Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen.
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zu unterschiedlichen Arbeitszeiten; Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit ist für dich als Gastro-Profi selbstverständlich.
  • Auftreten: Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und ein professionelles, gastorientiertes Auftreten.
  • Sprache: Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
