Współpracujemy głównie z przedsiębiorcami i naukowcami z wieloletnim doświadczeniem zawodowym, kluczowe w naszej działalności jest dobre zrozumienie obszarów naszej strategii inwestycyjnej oraz wysokie umiejętności komunikacyjne.

Co będziesz robić

  • Pozyskiwać potencjalne projekty inwestycyjne: m.in. Uczestniczyć w konferencjach i wydarzeniach branżowych, współpracować z akceleratorami, centrami transferu technologii i innymi jednostkami oraz inicjować kontakt i rozmowy w ramach sieci kontaktów funduszu.
  • Prowadzić proces inwestycyjny: koordynować prace w ramach kolejnych etapów procesu inwestycyjnego dla wybranych projektów zgodnie z naszą strategią inwestycyjną, w szczególności pozyskiwać informacje, koordynować pracę ekspertów, dokonywać analiz oraz prowadzić bieżącą komunikację.

Docelowo również: koordynować procesy badania spółki (due diligence), przygotowywać rekomendacje inwestycyjne oraz monitorować i współpracować z spółkami z portfela. Jeśli lubisz tworzyć treści, możesz je również publikować.

  • Zajmowałeś/aś się procesami lub innowacjami w spółkach z obszaru medtech, healthtech lub biotech – wiedza domenowa jest dla nas atutem.
  • Masz doświadczenie inwestycyjne lub w zespołach zajmujących się oceną i prowadzeniem projektów? Staż w funduszu nie jest warunkiem, ale ułatwia rozpoczęcie współpracy.
  • Patrzysz szeroko: widzisz technologię i to, co dzieje się wokół niej, oraz potrzebę rynkową.
  • Umiesz rozmawiać z ludźmi, zdobywać informacje i realizować cele, dbając o relacje.
  • Ruszasz rzeczy sam/a, bez czekania, aż ktoś je przydzieli, i adaptujesz się do dynamicznych zmian.
  • Potrafisz pracować po angielsku na co dzień.
  • Ciekawi Cię AI. Nie musisz umieć, musisz chcieć.

Mile widziane: wykształcenie kierunkowe (ekonomia, inżynieria biomedyczna, medycyna, farmacja) lub inne programy kształcenia w tych obszarach.
