HR Hints is a group of Interim Managers responsible for organizational transformations in the People area and for implementing real processes – as an integral part of the organization, working together with owners, corporate leaders, managers, HR teams, and employees. We step in during crises, periods of stagnation, as well as times of rapid scaling.

Based on our experiences with such a large number of great organizations, companies, and their cultures, we decided to publish the book describing our method of work, "Culturivy: The Power of Changing a Workplace", which premiered in 2023 in the USA. We also kicked off the Culturivy® Institute, dedicated to promoting and universalizing the Culturivy® method. It is the only institution in the world with the right to use, educate leaders, and implement this method in organizations.

Culturivy® Institute powers the podcast "Ludzie z pracy" and runs the Akademia Lepszej Pracy - a place where employees, leaders, and managers improve their relationship with work and people at work.

Currently, we are looking for another person to join the Interim Change Managers team led by Katarzyna Mierzejewska. If you wish to check out our other team members, they are listed here on LinkedIn.

What is this role about? Your 'general scope' will look more or less like this:

  • providing hands-on, long-term business consulting to external clients (founders, owners, and leaders) to build effective organizations by establishing People & Culture frameworks through an HR subscription model;
  • solving critical business challenges for clients across small & medium businesses, startups, investors, and growing companies across all sectors;
  • setting up all people-related processes in order to improve business efficiency and employee experience.
  • designing and implementing hiring processes by helping to profile new roles, establishing effective selection strategies, and supporting recruitment panels;
  • analyzing industry trends, drawing strategic insights, and incorporating these findings when developing processes and advising clients;
  • developing and implementing our original method Culturivy® on the client's side;
  • being part of the initiatives organized by Culturivy® Institute;
  • representing HR Hints at conferences and other events.

What do you need to succeed as an Interim Change Manager at HR Hints?

Knowledge, experience, and skills specific to the role:

  • experience working with an owner or founder; if none, minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist and similar roles, with hands-on involvement in key HR processes including performance management, organizational culture, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and leadership development;
  • experience in consulting and running your own business is a strong advantage,
  • knowledge and understanding of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startup environments,
  • fluency in Polish is a must,
  • knowledge of English, min. B2+.

  • constructive feedback skills: giving, receiving, and implementing lessons learned,
  • adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and interpersonal relationships,
  • team-oriented approach: supportive collaboration and professional discretion.

  • proactiveness: consistently anticipating client needs and implementing strategic actions,
  • passionate problem-solver: viewing organizational challenges as engaging opportunities to drive meaningful improvements. If you know about yourself that difficulties do not paralyse you but are an interesting puzzle to solve, we will get along,
  • the desire and excitement (which we also have) to build Poland's first HR consulting for small & medium enterprises in all sectors.

How do we measure success in this role in the first six months?

Implementing a client's work standard according to our method Culturivy® and implementing valuable change for the client!

Contract and compensation:

  • B2B contract,
  • salary within the range of 12 500 - 14 500 PLN net, depending on expertise + performance-based commission,
