Chez Hubvisory, nous accompagnons les entreprises dans la conception et le développement de produits digitaux à fort impact, en combinant Product Management, Tech et Intelligence Artificielle.

Nous intervenons auprès de grands comptes (retail, luxe, industrie…) sur des projets stratégiques, de la vision jusqu’à la mise en production.

🎯 Le projet

Dans le cadre d’une mission chez un acteur majeur du tourisme haut de gamme, tu contribueras au développement et à la maintenance d’applications de vente utilisées par les équipes internes.

Intégré(e) à l’équipe Delivery Factory, au sein du département Global Marketing Digital Technology (gMDT), tu participeras à l’amélioration de l’expérience digitale des collaborateurs.

👉 Des enjeux concrets de qualité, de performance et de fiabilité, avec une attention portée à l’intégration continue, à la sécurité et à la conformité des applications.

🛠️ Tes missions

Développement & intégration

  • Concevoir et développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités front-end en React / TypeScript.
  • Assurer la maintenance corrective et évolutive des applications.
  • Participer à la mutualisation des composants et à l’amélioration continue du code.
  • Exploiter efficacement Claude Code pour accompagner les développements, les tests, le refactoring et la documentation, en gardant un regard critique sur le code généré.

Qualité & performance

  • Rédiger des tests unitaires et d’intégration.
  • Optimiser la taille des bundles, les temps de rendu et la fluidité des interfaces.
  • Participer aux revues de code et au respect des standards de sécurité et de conformité.

Agilité & collaboration

  • Collaborer avec les PM, UX/UI, QA et les autres développeurs.
  • Participer aux rituels agiles : daily, sprint planning, refinement et démos.
  • Contribuer aux estimations et à la planification des développements.

Communauté technique

  • Partager tes bonnes pratiques et contribuer à la veille technologique.
  • Participer à la définition et à l’application des standards techniques de la communauté interne.

  • State management : Context API
  • API : REST / GraphQL
  • Tests : Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress
  • Versioning & intégration : GitLab ou équivalent, CI/CD
  • Collaboration & design : Jira, Figma
  • Développement assisté par IA : Claude Code

👤 Profil recherché

  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en développement front-end, ou un parcours fullstack avec une dominante front-end.
  • Bonne maîtrise de React et TypeScript.
  • Connaissances solides en tests unitaires et d’intégration.
  • Sensibilité à la qualité du code et à la performance applicative.
  • Capacité à exploiter efficacement Claude Code dans tes pratiques de développement.
  • Anglais professionnel, pour évoluer dans un contexte international.
