  • Tu portes un narratif devant des sponsors exigeants
  • Tu fais grandir des PM plus juniors

Tu interviens chez Dior, Decathlon, Saint-Gobain, Carrefour, avec une vraie latitude pour peser sur les décisions. Et tu contribues à faire grandir Hubvisory : RH, knowledge, business, RSE.

Rémunération 52-58K€ bruts fixes (Paris) + variable + intéressement (jusqu'à 22% des bénéfices) + prime vacances (1% du fixe)

Ton profil Tu as 4 à 5 ans d'expérience en Product Management, avec une vraie maîtrise de la discovery et de la stratégie produit, pas uniquement de la delivery.

Les incontournables

  • Autonomie complète sur le cycle produit, avec de l'influence au-delà de ta squad
  • Une expérience de transmission ou de mentorat auprès de profils plus juniors
  • L'aisance pour porter un narratif stratégique devant des interlocuteurs de haut niveau

Ce qui fera la différence

  • Un contexte grand compte ou multi-équipes complexe
  • Une pratique confirmée des OKR, JTBD, story mapping
  • Une vraie sensibilité à l'organisation du client

Côté posture, tu parles autant d'organisation que de produit, et tu as une vraie routine de veille.
