🎯 Ta mission : devenir la personne qu'on appelle quand personne n'a challengé le besoin, pas celle qui exécute la maquette qu'on lui donne.

Ce que tu fais vraiment :

  • 🔍 Tu challenges la vision produit du client avant de toucher à Figma — entretiens utilisateurs, ateliers, Design Sprints, sans filet
  • 🎨 Tu conçois de bout en bout, UX comme UI — du cadrage du problème à l'interface finale, en direct avec PM et tech, jamais en silo
  • 🤖 Tu intègres l'IA à deux niveaux : dans tes produits (design d'interfaces IA, gestion de l'incertitude et des états d'erreur d'un modèle) et dans ton quotidien (tu conçois plus vite et mieux avec les bons outils IA)
  • 📊 Tu mesures ce que tu livres — Contentsquare, Hotjar, GA. Ce qui ne marche pas, tu le changes vite
  • 🤝 Tu poses ta voix face au client — tu audites une demande, tu ne l'exécutes pas point par point

👀 On cherche qui ?

  • 2 à 8 ans en Product Design sur des produits digitaux à forte audience
  • Expérience grands comptes obligatoire — tu as déjà travaillé avec des interlocuteurs exigeants, pas seulement en startup
  • UX et UI maîtrisés tous les deux — tu penses le problème avant l'interface, et tu sais aussi la livrer proprement
  • IA au cœur de ta pratique — soit tu as designé des produits à composante IA, soit tu as intégré des outils IA à ton workflow de conception (idéalement les deux)
  • Figma & prototypage avancé, recherche utilisateur (entretiens, tests, ateliers)
  • Analytics : tu lis, tu exploites
  • Anglais professionnel obligatoire
  • Tu challenges sans imposer, autonome dans l'ambiguïté
  • Disponibilité courte / immédiate — critère clé sur ce poste
