AI Product Manager Senior, Paris

Un LLM qui hallucine. Un RAG dont personne ne sait pourquoi le retrieval part en vrille. Un agent lâché en prod sans garde-fou. Tu as déjà vu ça de près, et tu sais quoi faire avant que ça casse.

Ce qui t'intéresse maintenant, ce n'est plus la théorie. C'est la stratégie qu'il y a derrière.

Chez Hubvisory, tu opères en autonomie complète sur des missions IA à enjeu, chez des clients grands comptes. Tu as une double lecture produit et technique, et tu sais où l'IA crée de la valeur. Tu sais aussi où elle n'en crée pas, et tu le dis au client.

Ce que tu fais

Tu décides où l'IA a sa place

  • Tu pilotes la stratégie IA d'un client : où l'IA a vraiment de la valeur, où elle n'en a pas
  • Tu construis une roadmap IA ancrée dans les objectifs business, à l'échelle de plusieurs use cases ou d'un programme

Tu tranches avec les équipes techniques

  • Tu supervises la delivery avec les AI Engineers et les développeurs, avec une vraie latitude sur les choix d'architecture

Tu fais bouger les lignes

  • Tu challenges les pratiques produit IA au niveau de l'organisation, côté client comme côté squad
  • Tu portes un narratif IA devant des sponsors exigeants, et tu construis leur confiance

Tu fais monter les autres

  • Tu structures la montée en compétence de PM et PM IA plus juniors, sur un domaine qui bouge chaque mois

Clients : Dior, Decathlon, Saint-Gobain, Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, France TV…

Rémunération : 52-58K€ bruts fixes (Paris) + variable + participation aux résultats (jusqu'à 22% des bénéfices) + prime vacances (1% du fixe)

Ton profil : 5 à 6 ans d'expérience, avec une vraie maîtrise stratégique des produits IA, pas seulement de la delivery sur des features isolées.

Les incontournables

  • Autonomie complète sur le cycle produit IA, avec de l'influence au-delà d'une squad
  • Une compréhension approfondie des architectures IA (LLM, RAG, agents, APIs) et de leurs limites concrètes en production
  • Un socle technique : lecture de Python, SQL, APIs REST/GraphQL
  • Une expérience de mentorat auprès de profils plus juniors

Ce qui fera la différence

  • Plusieurs produits IA portés jusqu'en production, pas uniquement des POC
  • Un passage en grand compte ou en conseil, avec plusieurs missions IA menées
  • La capacité à arbitrer une stratégie IA à l'échelle d'un programme, pas d'un seul use case

Côté posture : une communication proactive, une relation de confiance au niveau sponsor, et une vraie routine de veille sur un domaine qui évolue chaque mois.
