🎯 Ton rôle

En tant que Product Leader, tu incarnes la vision produit chez nos clients et joues un rôle structurant dans la montée en maturité de leurs organisations Product.

Tu interviens sur des contextes complexes, auprès d’interlocuteurs de haut niveau (CPO, CDO, COMEX), avec un fort niveau d’exigence et d’impact.

🔥 Tes missions

  • Définir et porter une vision produit ambitieuse, claire et alignée avec la stratégie business
  • Encadrer, structurer et faire grandir les équipes Product (PM, PO, Lead PM)
  • Piloter les priorités à partir de la data, des enjeux marché et des feedbacks utilisateurs
  • Superviser l’ensemble du cycle de vie produit (Discovery → Delivery → Growth)
  • Garantir l’alignement entre vision produit, enjeux business et execution opérationnelle
  • Influencer et challenger les décisions auprès des stakeholders stratégiques
  • Assurer une communication fluide et impactante à tous les niveaux de l’organisation
