The posting

HumanCapital.work, empresa consultora especializada en gestión de personas, en colaboración con empresa del sector servicios, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Analista Contable, quien será responsable de apoyar y ejecutar tareas del ciclo contable de la organización, contribuyendo al correcto registro, control y análisis de operaciones financieras, documentación contable, relación con proveedores y elaboración de reportes contables y estados financieros.

Objetivo del cargo

Apoyar la gestión contable de la organización mediante el registro, control y análisis de operaciones financieras, asegurando la correcta contabilización de documentos, la gestión documental, el seguimiento de procesos internos y la elaboración oportuna de reportes contables y estados financieros.

Principales funciones

  • Ingresar, recepcionar y contabilizar facturas de proveedores en el sistema contable.
  • Gestionar documentación asociada a facturas, incluyendo vouchers, órdenes de compra, cotizaciones y respaldos correspondientes.
  • Organizar, archivar y mantener documentación contable física y digital.
  • Atender requerimientos de proveedores de forma presencial o remota.
  • Solicitar y gestionar la apertura de cuentas corrientes para nuevos proveedores.
  • Solicitar la aprobación de pagos según los flujos y procedimientos internos.
  • Llevar control y seguimiento de boletas de garantía.
  • Apoyar en la gestión y revisión de contratos con clientes y proveedores.
  • Entregar documentación al Contador Auditor para revisión y validación.
  • Participar en la elaboración de estados financieros mensuales o anuales.

Requisitos

Formación

Título técnico superior o profesional en Contabilidad General, Contador Auditor o carrera afín.

Experiencia

Al menos 2 años de experiencia en cargos similares dentro del área contable.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Conocimientos en normas contables y tributarias chilenas.
  • Manejo de sistemas contables o ERP, tales como Softland u otros.
  • Manejo de Excel nivel intermedio o avanzado.
  • Conocimientos en análisis de cuentas y conciliaciones bancarias.
  • Manejo de documentos tributarios electrónicos, DTE.
  • Deseable formación o cursos en análisis contable, normativa tributaria, NIIF, sistemas ERP o elaboración de estados financieros.

Disponibilidad para trabajo presencial en la comuna de Providencia.
