Profesor(a) de Ciencias – Especialización STEM (35 horas)

Objetivo del cargo

Planificar, diseñar, ejecutar y evaluar el proceso de enseñanza–aprendizaje en el área de Ciencias, con un enfoque STEM, promoviendo el desarrollo del pensamiento científico, crítico y analítico en estudiantes de 7° básico a 3° medio, considerando sus necesidades, intereses y ritmos de aprendizaje, en coherencia con el Proyecto Educativo Institucional.

Principales responsabilidades

Planificar y ejecutar clases de Ciencias, Física o Biología con enfoque STEM, de acuerdo con los lineamientos curriculares y acuerdos departamentales.

Implementar metodologías activas, experimentales e interdisciplinarias que integren ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería y matemáticas.

Promover el aprendizaje basado en la indagación, la resolución de problemas y el trabajo práctico en aula.

Evaluar el progreso académico de los estudiantes conforme a los procedimientos y plazos establecidos.

Adaptar la enseñanza a las diferencias individuales, favoreciendo la participación y el pensamiento crítico.

Mantener actualizados los registros académicos y administrativos, tales como asistencia, calificaciones y contenidos.

Fomentar un ambiente de aula respetuoso, inclusivo y alineado con las normas de convivencia escolar.

Participar en reuniones de departamento, instancias académicas y entrevistas con apoderados cuando corresponda.

Colaborar activamente con el equipo docente y directivo del establecimiento.

Requisitos del cargo

Título profesional de Profesor(a) de Ciencias, o Profesor(a) de Física o Biología, con especialización o enfoque STEM.

Experiencia docente comprobable, idealmente con cursos de 7° básico a 3° medio.

Dominio de metodologías STEM, aprendizaje activo y estrategias didácticas innovadoras.

Compromiso con el aprendizaje y bienestar de los estudiantes.

Habilidades interpersonales, capacidad de trabajo en equipo y estabilidad emocional frente a situaciones de aula.

Se ofrece

Contrato de 35 horas cronológicas semanales.

Renta bruta mensual de $1.295.000.
